Privacy Policy

This policy explains what EternalGrace Hub collects, why, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent tomatias@eternalgracehub.com.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name (if given), email address and sign-in method.
• Order details: what you bought, amounts, tax, order numbers and download activity.
• Messages you send through the contact form, including any prayer requests you choose to share.
• Email list: your email address and the time you agreed to receive emails, if you join our mailing list.
• Basic site usage: page views and approximate location, collected without cookies by our analytics provider.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by EternalGrace Hub.

How information is used

We use it to sign you in, deliver purchases, send receipts and account emails, answer messages, prevent fraud and abuse, understand which pages are useful, and meet tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication, the database and file storage. Stripe processes payments and tax. Resend delivers account and order email. Brevo manages our mailing list and sends newsletters you have agreed to receive. Vercel hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly analytics. Cloudflare stores and delivers audio files. YouTube is used for embedded videos, and may set its own cookies when you play one. These providers handle data only to provide their service to us.

Email list

If you join our mailing list, we use a double opt-in: you are added only after you click the confirmation link in the email we send. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask to be removed at any time. Joining the list is never required to buy or use the site.

Cookies

We use only what is needed to keep you signed in and remember your cart and theme. Our analytics does not use cookies or track you across other sites.

How long we keep information

Account and order records are kept while your account is open and for as long as tax, fraud-prevention or accounting rules require. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the conversation.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailingmatias@eternalgracehub.comfrom the address on your account. Some order information must be kept for tax, fraud-prevention or accounting reasons.

Children

The service is intended for adults and families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent's involvement.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update this page and the date below.
