Refund Policy

All sales are final. EternalGrace Hub sells digital files that are available to download as soon as payment is confirmed, and a downloaded file cannot be returned. We therefore do not offer refunds for change of mind, or for purchases where the files have already been accessed or downloaded.

When we will refund or fix an order

Contact support within 7 days of purchase, with your order number, if any of the following applies:

• You were charged twice for the same product.
• A file is defective, will not open, or is materially different from its description, and we cannot repair or replace it.
• You were charged in error.

We will first try to fix access or replace the file. If that is not possible, we will refund the affected items.

How refunds work

Full refunds revoke access to all resources in the order. Partial refunds revoke access only to the refunded order items. Approved funds return to the original payment method through Stripe and can take several business days to appear.

Your legal rights

By completing checkout you ask for immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel once you begin downloading it, where the law allows this. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.
